The Zoicu canyon, discovery route, is a relatively easy descent, suitable for children and beginners, and remains very entertaining with jumps, abseil initiation, zip line and slides!

The family route of the Zoicu canyon consists of completing the first part of the canyon. It is a fun descent with a few slides and jumps between 2 and 6m from pool to pool (note that jumps are never compulsory).

The end of the route will offer you an abseil initiation and a zip line, in a river with emerald-coloured water.

Good to know

The Zoicu Family Route is offered in July and August only, morning and afternoon.

This descent is accessible to children from 7 years old subject to being able to swim.

No jump is compulsory.

Per person you will need:

A pair of socks and trainers or tennis shoes
A swimming costume, board shorts are also accepted
A t-shirt for the approach walk
A bottle of water
Snack or cereal bars

The route to reach the meeting point is as follows. Follow the sign towards Vico. Drive on the D23 road and then the D123. Then, once you reach the village of Soccia, cross it following the signs Lavu a Crenu. Finally, allow another 10 minutes after crossing the village to reach the final dead-end car park.

Program

Meeting with your state-certified instructor at the meeting point then 15 minutes of preparation.

Approach walk: 15 minutes

Canyon descent: approximately 2 hours

Return walk: approximately 30 minutes
